Applicants must provide proof of English proficiency. However, applicants from
English-speaking countries or from institutions where English is the medium of instruction
may replace this requirement with an official letter from their previous institution.
In many cases, applicants who are still waiting for their final graduation certificate may
submit an expected graduation letter or temporary academic document. However, the final
certificate will be required before enrolment or registration.
Prospective international students who wish to apply to Telkom University must register

Indonesia lists education visa categories under the E30 visa group. For higher education, the official immigration visa list includes E30B Visa Pendidikan Tinggi.
After a student is accepted, Telkom University International Office may provide supporting documents needed for the visa process, such as an acceptance letter or sponsorship-related documents. Students should follow the instructions from Telkom University International Office.
Students are strongly advised to start preparing visa documents as soon as they receive the official acceptance or admission letter. Visa and immigration processes may take time, so students should not wait until close to the arrival date. The International Office will assist you during the process.
A tourist visa is not intended for formal study. International students should use study visa or
stay permit according to Indonesian immigration regulations.
Education Visa holder allows foreign nationals to carry out educational activities in
Indonesia. Visa holders must also comply with Indonesian laws, respect local customs, and
have sufficient living expenses while staying in Indonesia.
No, International students are not allowed to work during their study in Indonesia.

stay permit expires. Extension processes should be prepared early to avoid immigration

Yes. Bandung is widely known as an education city with many universities, a youthful atmosphere, creative communities, and a relatively comfortable climate. It is also known for food, culture, shopping, and nearby tourist destinations.
Yes, Telkom University provides on-campus dormitory facilities. However, students may choose to live either on campus or off campus, depending on their personal preference and availability.
Facilities may include classrooms, laboratories, libraries, student activity areas, sports facilities, cafeterias, and other academic support facilities.

No. Students are not allowed to change their study program once they are received Letter of
Acceptance.
Tuition payment procedures will usually be explained in the offer letter. Students should only
make payments through official university payment channels.
Late arrival may affect registration, orientation, class attendance, and immigration matters.
Students should inform the university as soon as possible if they cannot arrive on time.
Students should always refer to official Telkom University channels, admission
announcements and emails from the university.
After completing their study at Telkom University, international students must report to the
relevant university office and complete the required academic, administrative, and
immigration procedures before leaving Indonesia.
Students who hold a limited stay permit, such as ITAS/KITAS, are required to apply for an
Exit Permit Only (EPO) before their final departure from Indonesia. EPO is an immigration
procedure used to end the student’s stay permit when they have completed their study and
do not intend to return using the same permit.
Students are advised to contact the International Office or the relevant student services unit
in advance to receive guidance on the required documents, timeline, and immigration
process.
